Good office place and good locality, atleast better than prior location. Had free food and other facilities Flexible work timings

Dislikes

The previous office was worse and had limited access. Free food and other facilities were gradually closed. Flexible timings is for few departments and hence ultimately had to come as per their timings for better communication inspite of earlier overlap. Founders and leadership do not address the employees frequently, no communications regarding future plans and upcoming projects. Lack of leaders and experience has led to no customers till date. (more than 4 years since inception) Management is approachable but they turn deaf ears when problems are conveyrd and no action is taken. Frequent change in HR policies....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
