There are 3 to 4 employees who are working at UMSL since last 10 - 30 years without any specialization or eligibility but working here by playing a role of a spy of higher management and spreading malicious gossips and misrepresenting their targets/ rivals. But the same employees are also speaking against the chairman, VC, ED and everyone. They should be thrown out of the company for a toxic-free environment....Read More

Timely salary no work pressure but u have to oiling to old employees

Dislikes

Few employees are working since last few years. Don't have adequate knowledge. Neither they will work properly nor allow u to perform better. Always they will pass false information to senior management. Senior management will blindly beleive on them!!
