Different types of industy explorer as an consultant for industrial engineering background, good for freshers to start career. Stay here up to 2 years only.They give decent package for freshers.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management is not transparent. Typical family business. Company policies are not good, On the job training is not given to new joinees . There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. l got a chance to explore a different industries.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
