I glad that I invest my two years with the company. As a fresher it's my first job and I learned alot with my seniors and subordinates even company culture environment tells you alot. Working as a HR executive, maintaining industrial relations between the employees and workers is dominating role. I love to listen grievances of employees and workers and love to solve their issues. Being HR , take care of individuals and their documents and organising events for them , to satisfy them is our main part. Working with Umax shown me different faces of HR and I learned how to maintain confidentiality and coordination between the team.
