From learning point view it is better place, you will be learn a lot while working.

Dislikes

Working culture is not so good nor bad, but in my opinion from salary, growth, appraisal point of view it is worst company, and also by superiors behave theirs subordinates like machine not human, many of employees including working with low wages / salary
