The company culture was good 2 years ago but now they are doing micro management and management is pathetic.

Dislikes

* micro management * No job security, fires on spot * HR team is very cunning * 90 days lockin period * No incentives, no bonus, pathetic hikes * Company doesn't work on standards, manager works without having brain. Repitative useless work.

Low or no hikes.. no sales, No proper product development process flow, no standards/guidelines, no proper people.. Very bad experience.. Better to avoid for few years until they reach good numbers in India or Europe..

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
