They hire people saying there's lots of growth scope & easily someone gets promotion but never seen an employee who moves to onroll. I hated the culture, work life balance & wrong practices of Managers. Managers who uses their subordinate for their personal works. They threats subordinates on kicking out of the company, uses subordinates vehicles for their personal works etc etc alot.

Full on Senior's licking survival politics by managers. If you get offroll job offer under manager like RCH Vikash Bihani,PH Atiqur Saikia ,then they will harras you,give job termination threats. Very mental harrassing environment.
