Team Member Litigation

The job involves managing various aspects of legal affairs for the company.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Litigation Management: Develop legal strategies, prepare documents (e.g., petitions, appeals), and attend court/tribunal hearings. Ensure timely action and regular updates via the Litigation Management Tool.
2. Dispute Resolution: Assist in litigation and arbitration, including case evaluation, lawyer briefings, and ensuring compliance with legal notices.
3. Court & Arbitration Attendance: Represent the company in significant cases and arbitration, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring timely action on notices.
4. Legal Case Management: Utilize legal case management platforms like Roznama, train team members, and ensure smooth digitization of legal processes.
5. Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring legal compliance and advising units on performance obligations.
6. Legal Updates: Stay current with legal developments that impact the business, share relevant judgments, and advise on compliance matters.
7. Unit Visits & Audits: Conduct regular audits of legal cases, documentation, and compliance at various units, taking corrective actions as needed.
8. Commercial Transactions Support: Assist in corporate transactions, legal due diligence, document preparation, and negotiations.
9. Timely Legal Advice: Provide legal advice on various matters, conduct research, prepare opinions, and maintain the legal web page.
