Team Member Contracts

The job involves managing legal affairs related to contentious matters, commercial contracts, and legal advisory for the company. Key responsibilities include:

1. Contentious Matters: Handle civil and criminal litigations, arbitrations (SIAC, ICC), and claims. Address notices from statutory authorities and provide guidance on consumer, real estate, and authority issues. Strategize litigation against Key Management Personnel.
2. Commercial Contracts: Draft and manage agreements related to marketing, sales, procurement, transport, manufacturing, maritime, and IT contracts. This includes dealer, franchisee, service provider, and various procurement-related agreements.
3. Legal Advisory: Conduct legal research on relevant laws and provide advisory on contracts, real estate, employment laws, IT/e-commerce, and competition law. Offer product-related legal advice, focusing on legal metrology, BIS standards, and consumer protection laws.

The role requires strong legal expertise, contract management, and the ability to provide strategic legal advice across various business functions.
