Role & responsibilities:
Collecting and evaluation of prequalification details received from contractors
Prepare tender documents, floating the tender
Prepare rate analysis for various items of works
Preparation of comparison statement between the vendors
Coordinating, facilitating with reporting manager for vendor negotiation meetings
Prepare agenda points and circulate minutes of meeting
Maintaining all level of documents
Create, preparation of work order in SAP
Understanding the intent/scope of work and preparation of tender documents
Reviewing the BOQ and specification of items
Pre-qualification and short-listing of contractors for various construction activities.
Ensure contract policies and procedures are adequately covered as set by management
Preparation of comparison statement between the vendors
Organize & attend pre bid, kick off meetings
Adherence to deadlines and budget
Review and releasing of work orders as per timelines
New vendor empanelment
Tendering Pretender Cost Estimate & BOM Preparation
Vendor Management & Negotiation
Prequalification
Commercial & Technical Analysis
Cost reports
Monitor and control Budget.
Preferred candidate profile:
Experience range between 4-10 yrs, having experience in Pre and Post contracts experience.
