Mandatory requirement

(We need those candidates who have experience in RMC (Ready Mix Concrete))

Laboratory Management

• Ensure the upkeep of the quality control labs with proper product display and availability of relevant BIS codes.

Product Testing

• Conduct testing of cubes of concrete to check if they are as per the Quality Standards.
• Conduct trials for VAC Products to check various functional parameters.

Product Execution

• Ensure VAC orders of each plant are executed in time and as per required specifications.
• Track the standard deviation of the produced batch to ensure quality of concrete is within permissible limits and take corrective measures.

Functional Skills

• Hands-on experience of implementing RMC Process, Equipment and Quality Management Systems, like, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and resource optimization

• Understanding of cost economics with respect to RMC Materials, Mix designs and equipments.

• Hands-on experience in testing and site-execution of special varieties of concrete.
