Likes

My team mates are very helpful, manager is very understanding and helpful. My team is platform team getting work on various latest technologies and work is good with good learning. Appraisal is not up to the mark but rest all is great. Work environment is very friendly and cooperative.

Dislikes

The only thing is dislike about the company is the salary appraisals not being up to the mark for fresher's or lower hierarchy engineers even though the scope for their salary improvement is definitely high

Work Details

My work in Kronos is very interesting, with just the appropriate work load and opportunity to learn a lot.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
