As a manager you are blamed for anything and everything by management. they just need someone to blame anything going wrong in the project. you are questioned about everything. No one understands that there are 100 external factors playing the role. Not a company worth for first level managers . Your learnings are stagnant and you end up loosing the confidence itself.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
