Simply put, I love working here. It's been around 7 years and I have not come across the thought of changing. The work culture is great for permanent employees although it's a bit tough for the off role ones but trust me even the off role one are treated leaps and bounds better than 90% of the industry. It truly takes care of every individual. Policies on leave is the best and employees can have unlimited leaves technically provided it's required. Don’t join this company for salary and perks. The percentage hike and appraisal hike you get here is equal to the percentage of physical and mental health loss here. If you have no issues with health and work life balance then definitely join here but beware you will tested to your limits and one day definitely you will break. They fired QA but the QA managers are reframed as engineer manager and they are managing the development teams. You can think of how much they will help you if they can’t understand the work and technology. No learning opportunity you can’t even learn by your own as you will have no time even for sleep. Even if you will give 16 hours daily to this company you will be listen the words like your productivity is just 5 hours. Every team is being pushed to create AI agents without knowing the actual benefit and the area where it should be implemented. Location: it is near to my home city. I can go to home during weekends. Team: I have got best team. Team helps me alot. They help to grow and learn things. We party we live we enjoy. Senior manager Abhinav Srivastava was doing inappropriate signs to me , by putting his finger inside the nose, sliding finger on nose , using his palm and picked up both his nostrils . Not only this he is all about favouritism, promoting his favorites and making other employees force resign or do politics to get rid of them , employees at principal level have been affected by his partial behaviour. He threatens to cause harm as he seems to have lot of silent power. He even told me he can provide me benefits at a level I have not even thought of. Noida Office space has some good aesthetics. Provide food, not good but you can adjust as it is free. Free cab service in Delhi, NCR, and some regions near to NCR such as faridabad. Comfortable office seatings.

The learning is not up to the par to industry standards. Your skills will be stagnant or may even decline if you do not learn yourself and for that you will never get proper time and environment. Highly toxic work culture and teammates, because they all are just saving their jobs. Favourable promotions and appreciations. Few truly skilled engineering teams/people. Software engineers are not sure about their future here. Senior leaders are just saving their jobs by following commands from people in USA. Managers are robots allocated by sr. leaders and teams under managers have no idea what they are working for. No real innovation or engineering. Mostly support work in whole company. Around less than 25% is the real engineering work. People are fired as easily as striking a coin in carrom board. If you want to downfall your career then it is best place to join. If you switch to UKG from service based then salary will be better otherwise it is less compare to other product based companies....Read More
