I feel like I am useless. They didn't involve you as a team, there is a great problem or inclusion and diversity. I had words with 100 of ukrewers who left UKG, their feedback is exactly same which i was feeling from starting. They didn't have the vision. Product development is pathetic. For 4 linr of task you always have to setup system which sometimes takes 2-3 days. I suggest people to take 5 lakh less package instead of joining UKG. My biggest mistake I have joined this organization instead of so many giants. I came from a hard working background, I always keep bar high for others , was always a motivated guy. But I started feeling useless here. As these guys doesn't shares product knowledge. Even on asking for connect on teams they refuses. And on the other hand they connect to girls for hours and hours consistently. You might be thinking that this is the situation in my project but this is the condition in most of the projects....Read More

Everything Quality of work. No personal development. Developer is always doing deployment jobs. Third class existing peoples. Even though management and managers are top notch level experts and humble guys, they do listen to you but at the end you have to work with goons in the team which doesn't bother sharing knowledge so they will not be important anymore.
