Responsibilities :

• Facilitates and manages the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms for International entities, majorly EMEA and LATAM
• Assist with preparation of US state Income tax returns (Forms 1120,5471 and 8858) with a sound knowledge of Thomson Reuters Onesource tool
• Prepares advance Tax, withholding Tax and deferred tax computation.Prepares provision to return analysis of Tax returns with posted provisions
• Sound knowledge of Automation tools such power BI and Alteryx will be a plus.
• Reviews and posts monthly journal entries and prepares Blackline reconciliations
• Has an effective communication skill, to manage onshore and other stakeholders
• Understanding of international STAT Books and accounting standards and Tax planning methods
• Liaise with the external and internal teams for the preparing the necessary filling documents.
• Coordinate with the internal teams to manage for information requirements for various audits and review the information & other queries raised by tax authorities from time to time
• Drive process efficiencies and improve effective utilization of resources within the team
• Design and manage processes to ensure calculations are continuously updated to meet changing jurisdictional requirements
• Help drive process improvement initiatives by applying strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Manages SLAs of the Process
