US Tax Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare US Federal Tax Returns (Form 1065) for partnerships, including scheduling income, expenses, and depreciation.
• Prepare US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040)
• Prepare FinCEN114 for individuals
• Prepare PFIC & other special forms
• Prepare 1120 & 1120S Forms for businesses
• Compare taxation under DTAA with different countries
• Calculate estimated taxes & projections, based on scenarios & alternatives
• Provide tax planning advice to clients
• Conduct research on complex tax issues related to international transactions, foreign investments, and cross-border payments.
