Accounts Receivable Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure all billings are aligned with contracts, agreements, or purchase orders
• Keeping accurate records of payments from customers Tracking & making deposits to company bank accounts
• Follow up on overdue accounts by contacting customers via phone, email, or written communication
• Perform monthly credit card reconciliation
• Assist with month-end close procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Perform monthly account reconciliations and flux analysis
• Support documentation requests for financial reporting and audit
• Help establish and maintain financial policies and procedures to support new business activities and new reporting requirements
• Perform special ad-hoc projects as needed

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, sumifs, formatting worksheets, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communicative skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize assignments to meet critical deadlines
• Flexibility to work additional hours from 9-11pm to support US clients, as & when necessary
