5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong focus on recruiting for product development teams (software engineers, data scientists, product managers, etc.).
Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles at various levels (mid level to senior-level) in a product-based or tech company.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of current technical trends and terminology.
Familiarity with technical interview processes, including coding challenges, whiteboard exercises, and behavioral interviews.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and timelines simultaneously.
Ability to assess technical resumes and portfolios, and effectively screen candidates for technical competence.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Technical background (degree or certifications in technology or engineering) is a plus but not required.
