MD is uneducated, he comes to factories and is not concerned about bottlenecks and issues that operators and people working on machines have, he comes and start abusing people. No accountability, rapid changes without any stable strategy, unaware of market dynamics. Top management seriously needs to contemplate and examine why they are so directionless. They try to hire so many managers and expect everyone to get orders and in the process every one gets tangled to same customers and what follows is dissatisfaction and frustration. Serious amendments needed if they want to be in the business.
