Dislikes

Rigid time duration spent in company based eligibility criteria for growth is the worst part. Also, one year trainee period for name sake is also a bad part because you work similar to that of a normal employee but you're a trainee.

The company was good enough in sales, service, finance department. Growth is also there. But regarding Operations department, there was no growth at all. And that is full of corporate politics and partiality. Few company objectives were really very good. Like they contribute a lot to environment.
