Dislikes

Team at frontline needs to promote further in terms of learning. More system implementation projects to be run and sales forecasting shall improve where the top management has already started working taking ideas from team.

No accountability, rapid changes without any stable strategy, unaware of market dynamics. Top management seriously needs to contemplate and examine why they are so directionless. They try to hire so many managers and expect everyone to get orders and in the process every one gets tangled to same customers and what follows is dissatisfaction and frustration. Serious amendments needed if they want to be in the business. Also for job finders, this company is not at all recommended as in the end they will try to make scapegoats to new people when the problem is top management's ineffectiveness.
