Organisation is good employee friendly but there are skip level manager who spoil play with careers of their subordinates. CH branch banking are having perception issue with team members. Skip level manager does not bother about their subordinates career growth and promotion. If you are knowing person of skip lavel manager then only you r the good staff and in hr team decide and sent me the worning mail with out proper judge if you are not knowing person hr not want to lessen your point. Perciality 100% working on it

I don't like it's just compulsion, that's why I am doing it.

I am working in the gym sector, there is a lot of pressure here regarding the target and the work, because of this one is not able to live a mental life, the salary is very low, the managers here rise a lot of pressure, do not explain in the right way, due to which they insult themselves, whether you tell anyone or you tell the higher management, it does not make any difference.

I feel very happy I learn more about banking and I developed my skills but management side branch side over politics no support now but past my A.M somu sir give full support and ideas he analysis field activities but now no more still we know about field and support to CRO'S but I still miss this bank . Because this bank give me one royalty .

No support from supervisor's and no one analysis field. No leave in health issues time also even week end also working with out attandance.

For new employee and workaholic employee not suit for this organisation. Every old employee not proper support to new joiners.
