Honestly. No wonder if find any possibility to stay in the company. Dont know how complex Management are, they always think employees are chutiyaaa..

Nothing. No where you will find such type of cheap and ghatiyaa Management Company.. They will always watching you and try to fire you if will not give them special treatment ( buttering). So before Joining.. We cautious and if possible dont come into pathetic environment organisation.

Very worst Culture with Ugro Capital. I have never seen this typebof culture at anywhere. Especially Tirunelveli Cluster Sales & Credit and Collection Managers are very worst. No Ideas even about them. Simply wasted Ugro.

Sales personnel are often not given the respect they deserve, and when mistakes occur, they are held accountable.
