Lots of politics.. Even if you raise complaint to HR about some partiality or other things, in team, they don't take any action and still goes to check With higher management as to what needs to be done. People working here from more than 10 yrs are still at the same position because there is no growth at upper level at all ..

Work Details

Its a male dominated company and the higher management dont share news about transition and performance on time. They will say the same things in appraisal meeting about taking more responsbility year after year and still will give you pennys in meeting..
