The company is open to innovation and the work atmosphere is extremely cordial and motivating. Hours of work are flexible and management is supportive towards the needs of its employees. Company policies are not too stringent and the work culture is the basis of work from home , which is an added advantage to the women of today.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high however compensation is also attractive and it is designed in a way to induce self-motivation in the employees.

Please , don’t join the company. Salaries is minimal that is also they don’t credit timely. Waiting for my salaries since February 2024.Pathetic management no growth , no response. Completely disappointed.

They don’t credit the salaries on time. No one bother to reply for the saltiness. Biggest issue with the saltiness.

1.Payments are not cleared on time- The payment cycle is already long. As what they promise, it's to be cleared by 20-25th of the following month but technically they fail at maintaining this. If a person is comfortable chasing them for dues, getting ignored, go on. 2.Lack of long term development- They don't care about trainers who have crossed one year. The company ownself wants people to leave. 3.Sycophantic progression- If you can be a sycophant, you would be promoted based on that only. 4.Authoritative management- They change policies or add new changes without letting the trainers know of it....Read More

I liked the exposure that was given to me. I learnt the tools of online tutoring. Using Zoom I was able to take my classes online. I also gained product knowledge on immigration and stuff.

Dislikes

I was not satisfied about the company especially after the way the management treated me post me putting down my papers. 1. No exit interview was done asking me why i wanted to leave the company 2. The moment i had put down my papers my team lead deactivated me from portal. 3. No response as to when i shall receive my Fnf settlement, experience certificate, etc. 4. The best part is you pay and get certification for communication trainer and you get students what so ever for IELTS, this platform gives welcomes you with whatever skills you have and gives you a chance to outshine yourself. But you will not be happy looking at the per hour income.
