I have worked in ufaber for 3 months they terminated me and told me that I will receive my salary and incentives but they didn't gave me my full salary and incentives we were 3 people joined on the same day they terminated us all they 1 person full salary and incentives but when I asked them the same they told that they don't have any police for incentive they are very good in make difference in people. Apart from this they don't even reply on mail and don't even answers the call they they keep people for 3 months and they terminated them only people who are attached with higher management they are can survive there the HR are good when you enter but after that they don't care about anybody it's been more than 2 months I am been trying to ask them but they are not even replying...Read More

Toxic workplace Company heads don't give a damn to employees' issues No proper management for redressal of issues If someone tries to reach management for help, they delete sales portal and every account so that people don't have any proof to prove their tormenting behaviour HR doesn't responds to the problems of the employees Customer satisfaction of the product is really very bad, when people buy their courses they feel cheated, again intimidating salesperson that the product is fabulous. This should be the last place to work because I was working with 12th fail and high school students although being an mba graduate, they are given equal salary Stressful environment always For revenue generation, thay say do anything whatever you need to also tell a lot of lies by naming them marketing tactics...Read More

They are doing fraud work afer giving offer letter they remove us , after completing the targets they say you had not done your work, they take us in the meet and force us to leave the job ,they show us attitude and using bad language , they dont provide any good studies .
