Toxic work culture, fake promises to their customers, micromanagement, poor system, low salary with no appraisal and your boss will make you work the whole day. The shifts are from 10 to 7. But they will ask you to work from 8 or 9 am and then they have certain criteria to mark your productivity while will make you work till 9pm. Even 11 pm on bad days....Read More

Me and my team (about 15-20 employees) had a worst working experience here. No job security. Salary is purely based on demos and talktime. Daily 150 min talktime or 4 demos must be present each day. Wow i have thousands of point which lead you to not work for this organisation. 1st:- This organisation will hire you first will not even ask if you are labour or a post graduate. They call it mass hiring but frankly speaking it's a way to play with future's of all the individual's out there. 2nd:- You get hired and here the big game begins they will start playing, day 1 when you are requested for onboarding their is no prior guidelines nothing given. They will do the onboarding without any process or anything. 3rd:- They will start the training dude they call it a training, its scrap they even dont even have paid version of zoom app. Meetings are of no use frankly speaking i have attended all the meetings but didn't even heard a single word what my manager was saying, still managed to do everything what they asked(i'm not revealing your identity but you should first work on your communication skills). Now they will do shits for 2-3 days just to spend some time as i've told earlier also their managers are of no use. 4th:- Now their so called application which does not even have a proper interface and they call it ivr, i wonder they say we are the king in market but how come a king could not even afford a paid version of zoom(comm'on personally i'm paying 699 for paid version of netflix and my package is 0 as of now😛). It is buggy,non responsive and their is no back end no qa just one person everytime for audit and everything. Max of the times the application is not working. 5th:- now coming to the policies shuru mei yeh apko bhot meetha meetha bolege kyu?? Unfortunately none of the employees get experience certification, no exit formalities, no FnF(no salary for 1month or more) irrespective of working long-term or short-term. The HR stops responding as soon as the employee raises a request regarding job alterations. The management intentionally absconds the employee by marking employee as absconded even when there’s high scope of notice period. From personal & other employees' experiences can rightfully mention that the reason company doesn't respond is simple- to mark the employee abscond and avoid FnF. Unsettled FnF of approx. 18k-55k INR from each employee and with the bulk hiring of 10-50 each month, you can easily estimate the cost saved by the company by merely absconding the employees. This cycle continues. Fact. Highly NOT recommended even for the trainers or any position/department. Please refrain yourself from being a victim of this inferior unethical practice. I didn't get my salary for a month during my Full and Final settlement from the company. They responded to the mail but they never gave me my salary for that month after I resigned. It has been 3-4 months till I have written this review I didn't get the settlement.

There is nothing to like, it's one of the worst experience I ever faced. They do scam. Worst management. Every starting of month they recruit after doing some terrible pressurized work end of the month terminate us. After doing 1 month they won't pay you single penny also.

Company have worst product I ever seen. No content in their products/courses. Sad thing is here trainers also under pressure to teach some bull shit stuff. If you were reading this. It's my suggestion that don't choose job even it's high salary also with their attendance system you not even get half salary as they mentioned.
