It was really nice. The colleagues were really supportive and we shared a good bonding with each other. Manager was so much supportive and back us to take some critical decision on our own, which gives so much confidence to the employees. Totally work culture was really good.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
