Transfer policy is not transparent partiality done in transfers. Master circular does not release every year with updatation and many master circular have not information regarding securities or documentation taken . For NPA management, war room created at zonal office level. Loan sanction shoud be centralized.

Job Satisfaction in banking industry is worst. Working Culture is worst. Young Staff is overburdened and given tasks way beyond his experience,exposure and knowledge with no support from Controlling office, They will only ask for targets and concerned about their tenure and progress only.

It is one of the youngest bank got nationalised in 1969.starting from 6th jan 1943 it has over 3000 branches all over the country having almost over 20000 staff it has rich history and always contributed to the indian economy as well as worldwide by having 4 overseas branches.

So many accountability,sudpention even termination.working in a bank toaday as an manager is a hazardeous duty.

I have to look after advance portfolio of my current branch as well as general banking as a whole.with shortages of staff we all have to prepared in all extent.
