The management are old school but adaptive to new generation, diverse and balanced team structure, except few managers who are from harsh industry environment who do micro management rest are fine.

Dislikes

UBS promote Referal and Internal mobility program which are pretty difficult to go thru with. As UBS is a global level Bank and there are multi level functions in various countries and regions there are huge gap in promoting talents and huge pay gap for APAC region.

Work Details

3.5 out of 5, mostly because of less opportunity provided and fixation on single activity, pay gap and raise and bonus.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
