Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Long working time,minimum pay and no extra salary for extra time.There is no PF& ESI is available.Peoples working there are so selfish type.And Quality departments like QA& QC, when we take our leaves is decided by company not we. In my opinion this is a worst company i have worked ever. Don't join here.If want to join here should make it clear about salary,leaves,experience certificate,working time,works etc....Read More

Highly toxic work environment and the management always creates issues and tries to supress the employees.

Work Details

The company has a negative and stressful work environment and has no respect for the employees. They mistreat the employees and there is no work life balance. No overtime allowances even though working overtime is a frequent thing.
