Got proper guidance from every senior person. Have a good co-operation with each other.

Dislikes

Sometimes happened that I convinced a party & got order, after few Months it was handover to another Vendor & I lost that Good qantity order. Our after sales Service must be more faster.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
