The team leader's mental harassment and torture-like behavior forced me to resign. The company promotes MBA programs, coercing employees to enroll with student loans, promising cancellation later. However, they disavow responsibility for the loan after firing or compelling resignation. The hiring process is questionable, prioritizing CIBIL scores over skills. Job security is non-existent, with termination possible for any reason. The company's exploitative practices, including forced MBA enrollment and loan manipulation, are unacceptable.
