The team leader's mental harassment and torture-like behavior forced me to resign. The company promotes MBA programs, coercing employees to enroll with student loans, promising cancellation later. However, they disavow responsibility for the loan after firing or compelling resignation. The hiring process is questionable, prioritizing CIBIL scores over skills. Job security is non-existent, with termination possible for any reason. The company's exploitative practices, including forced MBA enrollment and loan manipulation, are unacceptable. Nothing fake company fake policy worst . They makes fool of u by saying it's business development associate job but in reality after joining the company it's "Network Marketing "job . U have to add candiates for their fraud Job with online mba program . No job security, they will make u fool by saying that you will be permanent bdabut u will never be permanent u have to add 4 people per month to stay in it and in any month u cannot bring 4 people u will fired . The salary is always on hold . The emi day for online mba is 4 th and on that day u will get emi money but u will get labour money on 15-20th of month no fix money and no fix money day ....Read More

They will say that u can cancel online mba whenever u wants but in reality u can never cancel it and u have to repay the loan always till 2 years . There is job security . It's a biggest fraud in netowkr marketing . Toxic people uneducated. No people is rejected it's just they focus on cibil score if ur cibil score is good then only u will be in twoss fraud scheme of job with mba .

In there broucher they didn't mention age limit. They shortlisted my cv and asked all documents. Adhar card, pan card, bank at my, all Marklist. They sent me email. Mentioning you are selected. Zoom meeting arranged. And finally said that you age is 40.we can't proceed. Why didn't they check my resume and if age it's not , they shouldn't shortlist such resume.
