They don't consider IISc as a premium institute but they considers NIT Trichy and new IIT like IIT Hyderabad as premium institute. They don't provide brand value to all the old iitians and they always looks for cause so that they don't need to pay the brand value appraisal to them.

So much of politics. Very insecure managers. Just worried about keeping their jobs somehow. The data science team in Hosur plant is as terrible as it can get. That team is still following the age old manual practices and frown upon any idea of automating things. They don't like straight forward technical people. All managers and assistant managers are irresponsible and they will assign lot of work and shift timing is 8.5 hours but they will tell stay daily 3 hour extra with no cost
