We have weekly meeting and update about our target and achievement. We have a regular concall meeting at 9am, and discussing about daily target and previous achievement and focusing on any new scheme and products.

There is no culture in the company, everyone follows instruction of one person in aftermarket without even questioning or discussing whether its right or wrong. The company pay policy is poor and the quality of staff is poor too. The attrition rate is very high and the employees who are still in the company are there because they are not getting any opportunity.
