This company culture is like that you have mortgaged yourself in the company. They have on board HR policies , leave policies and bla bla everything.. But in real life those are for policies in paper only. If you will ask for a leave they pretend like you have asked for your supervisor's property. This companies compensation structure is worst in the industry. Even after an year's full of work pressure and toughness they will give u appraisal of mare 3-9 %.

if you are an employee of TVS CREDIT then you should forget that you have a family and you have certain responsibilities towards your family. Even these shame less people will ask for doctor prescription if you take sick leave for 1 day.
