Too many cooks spoil the curry. Many managers are sitting in HO asking their own priorities no one bothered in market conditions. Multiple managers are driving in RCM and below

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
