There is learning for someone who wants to know more about how Indian NBFCs work and the analysis goes into requirements goes into it.

There is no wfh or hybrid option. Will have to come to office daily no matter what. There should be hybrid option to keep the employees motivated and not feeling stressed to come to office daily.

In this company, salary is given on time and promotion is also given on time.

concall starts at 7:00 in the morning? Who call be your senior at any time till 12:00 in the night.There are no holidays here. You will have to work every day, Sunday or Saturday event on national holidays these people get the work done by giving maximum incentives.The seniors here have no logic. They will only abuse you. They will make you work under pressure.There is no work culture here. There is no corporate culture.
