Can’t share is one list. Just want to let you know that if you are working in TVS Credit. Your personal life is gone. You don’t have weekends, offs nothing. You always be side lined if you are non tamil speaking they always give preference to thier peoples only.

On Role and off Role difference i don't like them For example our company annual or any event only priority for on role staff otherwise there is no priority for off role staff. Is very disappointed to each and every off role staff and all off role staff is dream for one day get place on on role job but some of the team doesn't support to move off role to on role it's take time for 5 or 7 years to get the on role job. Like events or tour anywhere on roll staff only will enjoy this moment off role and vendor staff should work in office. No job security if company not required you and your department team he will force to transfer other location's without any increment no work life balance if you come office on time but you not leave office on time

There is no wfh or hybrid option. Will have to come to office daily no matter what. There should be hybrid option to keep the employees motivated and not feeling stressed to come to office daily.
