Good working environment, Gud team support ,on average no proper Activities in company ,Gud culture management also ok... company policies are gud but salary is in average..

There is no proper particular job training staff and there is lot of political games were no body else resolved issues goin in company...no proper season activites held in the company..

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
