It's a reputed company of Reliance Media group and give social status by the help of their big name. they always send nice gifted to their employees like sweet box on Diwali festival new year gift and sweets on Women's Day for mentioning this high value corporate sector. That's it u can call it show buisness.

India local office a lots of problems like management politics, being a woman I always face the disrespectful behavior of male employees. They always give the chance of getting opportunity to their favourite persons it is totally depend on their choice the management choice your hard work is not get value in promotions.they said we r corporate sector but nothing is like this besides big name and small gifts. HR policy is pathetic they said to u resign anytime,becouse the local manager want to promote their favorite buddy. They never let u communication with the highe level.they pressurized you to resign from the job without any reason and if you ask for the reason they just to warn you that they are terminate you and not giving your experience letter then the employee had no choice beside the resign from the job<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.in their notice period they promised u to settled your all matters with two months salary but after resignation they refused to give any thinking besides your official dues, no work culture like a corporate office</mark>.
