The team size is very small in my division at this center where I am doing my job. Here is no career growth. Mostly Site visit depends on client requirement. Mostly employees effected high level politics.

Dislikes

The competition & growth are slow. The work pressure depends upon clients & depends on projects also. The appraisal rating individual decided by managers no joint discussion between appraisee & appraiser before finalizing KPI rating. There is no on job training during employment.
