I worked 1year and 6 months in a Finance department here, joining TUV was the biggest mistake of my life. Management is worst. Don't think of work life balance here. Only work, no life. In month end we use to work till 2am for 3-4 days. Workload is heavy. Very rude. It's a German MNC but environment is worst than local factory. Thisis the only view of Finance Department other dept. are okay. Only plus point is you will get your salary on 28th of every month...Read More
