worked honestly for years but no benefit. management and CEO are the currupt one and they take all the benefits for them. kpis, bonuses they take 70% of it and remaining give to emploees. they travel to nice places for meetings but don;t do meetings with emploees at office locations. we have 30+ locations in india but management go hill stations for meetings.

I worked 1year and 6 months in a Finance department here, joining TUV was the biggest mistake of my life. Management is worst. Don't think of work life balance here. Only work, no life. In month end we use to work till 2am for 3-4 days. Workload is heavy. Very rude. It's a German MNC but environment is worst than local factory.
