Over all Good Company to Work..But if your Mangement is Good.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

In this company everything is based on Manager likes and Dislikes. If Manager like any of the team members he is been Promoted and with Good Salary increment. Employees Performance does not Matter. Even if he or She work 24/7. HR also cannot ask the reason for not giving increment and Promotion.
