reimbursement will take too much time more than 5 months sometimes, salary is too low, tenders are not too big, due to small projects and poor work by contractor you won't get the knowledge of actual construction like piling , pre stressing , highway or something actually big.

I do refer any of the candidates who are willing to learn. Because good flow of samples for almost all parameters. Salary and appraisal wise personally I am not happy, but they will give salary on time that's the best part. Work environment is good and security is most impressive.

Too much politics and hectic process. In QA department many Software QA come and go. Nobody is staying here for a long. Team leaders and seniors like Chintan Suthar, Hirendra Rajawat and Jignesh Parmar is good at playing politics and very harsh attitude towards employees.
