- HR policies and Job Security - Leave policy - Other general employee benefits like PF, Insurance, Gratuity

Dislikes

- Alternate Saturdays Leave (2nd and 4th instead all Saturdays) - Long Process & Traditional SDLC methodology. Need to adopt Agile for fast output with minimal process and documentation. - Stopped Yearly Outing picnics even covid-19 cases reduced. - Strict Work From Office culture. (should be hybrid) - Cultural Activities and HR involvement not happen

Overall Good Company if you looking for Stable & secure job without high Salary expectation.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
