Everything is a mess here. The shift timings are not fixed; the morning shift is 9.5 hours long, and they don’t give any time for breakfast or lunch. By the time they decide to give a lunch break, it will be over. The managers are so clueless that they don’t even understand the company’s issues. They come in acting all high and mighty, just wandering around in front of the girls. The upper management is completely out of touch as well; if you ask for leave or mention coming in late, they act like it’s the end of the world and talk big, but when it comes to approvals, they’ll later say they won’t approve it.
